Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Image Usage and Licensing
Usage rights for all photographs and videos are granted according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- We retain copyright to all images created
- Clients receive a license for specified uses
- Additional usage requires extended licensing
- We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napa Photographic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
